✅ Exclusive Marking – The ad is visually marked as „Recommended“ or „Premium“.
✅ Optimal use – Ideal for seasonal offers or to rent out a property faster.
3. Functionality
After activation, the display will be marked with a special design for the selected duration.
The placement is given priority in search results and on the homepage.
The highlighting can be booked flexibly for one or more ads.
4. Duration & Costs
The highlighting will last for 14 days.
5. Booking & Billing
The feature can be booked directly in the landlord dashboard.
Billing is done once for the selected term.
Payment via PayPal or bank transfer is possible.
6. Termination & Cancellation
The highlighting ends automatically after the booked term expires.
No automatic renewal – landlords can reactivate the option at any time.
