1. Overview
Membership allows landlords to list vacation properties on the platform and reach potential tenants. Landlords can flexibly decide how many listings they want to book. The membership fee varies depending on the number of listings.
2. Term and extension
• The membership period is 6 months.
• Membership is automatically extended for another 6 months unless cancelled at least 2 months before expiry.
• The cancellation must be made in writing or via the platform.
3. Membership Benefits
With an active membership, landlords gain access to the following features:
✅ Creation and management of listings: Landlords can list their holiday properties with pictures, descriptions and price information.
✅ Flexible ad management: Depending on the membership purchased, landlords can manage one or more ads.
✅ Synchronization with external platforms: Occupancy times can be synchronized with portals such as Booking.com or Airbnb.
✅ Direct contact with tenants: Tenants can submit requests that the landlord can process directly.
✅ Statistics & Performance Data: Landlords gain insights into how often their listing has been viewed and what inquiries have been received.
4. Pricing
• The price of membership depends on the number of listings booked.
• Discounts are possible for longer durations or multiple listings.
5. Payment terms
• The membership fee is payable either monthly or for 6 months in advance.
• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
• A discount of 10 % is available for annual payments.
6. Termination & Cancellation
• Cancellation is possible up to 2 months before expiry.
• If no cancellation is received, the membership will automatically renew for another 6 months.
• After cancellation, existing listings remain active until the end of the term; no refund will be issued.
