Terms and Conditions — Arrow United (external provider)

§ 1 Object of the company
Arrow United, based in Iskele, Northern Cyprus, offers services in the areas of rental management, guest services, booking coordination and property services for holiday accommodations.
Arrow United is neither the owner of the properties offered nor the operator of the platform Nordzypern.live.
§ 2 Scope of Services
Depending on the agreement, Arrow United provides the following services in particular:
- Marketing of holiday accommodations
- Processing booking requests
- Guest communication
- Reservation management
- Check-in and check-out service
- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance
- Guest care during their stay
The specific scope of services is determined by the respective agreement with the owner.
§ 3 Contractual Relationship
Arrow United acts exclusively as a service provider and intermediary.
The accommodation or rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the respective owner or landlord of the accommodation.
Arrow United will not be a party to the lease agreement.
§ 4 Obligations of guests
Guests agree to:
- to treat the accommodation with care,
- to comply with the house rules,
- not to exceed the agreed number of people,
- Damage must be reported immediately.
Guests are liable for any damage they cause.
§ 5 Obligations of the owners
Owners assure that:
- they are authorized to rent,
- the information provided is complete and correct,
- the accommodation is handed over in a safe and habitable condition,
- Legal requirements must be met.
§ 6 Liability
Arrow United is liable only for damages that arise directly from intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Arrow United.
Arrow United is not liable in particular for:
- the condition of the accommodation,
- Equipment deficiencies,
- Power, water, or internet outages,
- Actions or omissions of the owner,
- Force majeure,
- official measures,
- Natural events.
The owner is solely responsible for the accommodation itself.
§ 7 Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations will be handled according to the terms and conditions of the respective owner.
Section 8 Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling bookings, guest services and contract processing.
Data will only be shared with owners, service providers or authorities to the extent necessary.
§ 9 Place of jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), to the extent permitted by law.
The place of jurisdiction is Iskele, Northern Cyprus.
Cancellation and withdrawal notice
No right of withdrawal for time-bound accommodation bookings.
Booking a holiday accommodation constitutes a binding reservation for a specific period. Therefore, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal after booking confirmation.
Instead of a cancellation, the respective cancellation conditions agreed upon by the owner or landlord apply.

Arrow United is neither the owner of the properties offered nor the operator of the platform Nordzypern.live.
The contractual partner of the accommodation contract is exclusively the respective owner or landlord of the booked accommodation.
