Yeşil Okullar Projesi Ödül Töreni

The Yeşil Okullar Projesi (School Project) was held under the motto "Doğal ve Kültürel Mirası Koruma" (Protection of Natural and Cultural Heritage), with the participation of schools from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkey, and London. The event began with a minute of silence and the singing of the national anthem. Students from Mustafa Çağatay Primary School presented a fashion show featuring clothing made from recycled materials. During the opening speech, the importance of the project for environmental awareness and the sustainable protection of nature and cultural heritage was emphasized. Supporting institutions were honored during the event, and olive trees were presented as a token of appreciation. Additionally, the schools that had won the Green Flag and other awards received their prizes.
