Yeniden Yeşil Kıbrıs Project – Kapanış event

The "Yeniden Yeşil Kıbrıs" project is a comprehensive reforestation initiative led by the Presidency, with the participation of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Forestry Department, and all municipalities in Northern Cyprus. A total of 14,300 seedlings were planted at 27 locations across 18 municipalities. The project's closing ceremony took place in the White Hall of the Presidency, where project results were presented and participants were awarded plaques. President Tufan Erhürman, his wife, members of parliament, mayors, and representatives of the participating institutions were in attendance. The event included video presentations, speeches, and a presentation by the Presidency's environmental advisor. The project aims to make Northern Cyprus greener and ensure the sustainable maintenance of the plantings.
