Das Surlariçi Kinderfestival wurde vom LTB im Lefkoşa Sanat Merkezi (LESAM) veranstaltet. Das Festival bot kindgerechte Aktivitäten wie einen Ebru-Kunst-Workshop mit Ülviye Karabaşak, eine Ventriloquisten-Show von Hanife Tayyareci, eine Puppentheateraufführung von Kırpık und Gesichtsbemalungen. LTB-Präsident Mehmet Harmancı nahm ebenfalls an der Veranstaltung teil.
