Training in biological plant protection and plant health for citrus growers
The Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources is organizing a training course on the dissemination of biological control methods in citrus cultivation and raising awareness of bacterial diseases. The training will take place on Thursday at 10:00 AM at the Ministry. Dr. Miraç Yayla from the TAGEM Adana Biological Control Research Institute will give a presentation on the importance of biological control in citrus orchards. Dr. Raziye Çetinkaya Yıldız will present important bacterial diseases affecting citrus plants and conduct garden inspections. The training is aimed at citrus growers and other interested individuals. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
