The Queer Wave Film Festival returns to NiMAC for the 7th time in September.
Queer Wave, the LGBTQIA+ film festival in Cyprus, takes place from September 18th to 27th at NiMAC in Nicosia. The ten-day festival showcases local and international filmmakers with screenings, performances, and accompanying events that highlight LGBTQIA+ experiences and queer expression. The festival is organized by Queer Wave LTD and supported by the Ministry of Contemporary Culture. NiMAC is located in the renovated Old Powerhouse building in the historic center of Nicosia and is the oldest and largest center for contemporary art in Cyprus.
