Music events in August in Nicosia
Several live music events take place in Nicosia in August. On August 19, the Sonare Flute & Piano Duo will present pieces by Cypriot and international composers in the lower forecourt of Eleftheria Square as part of the Summer Nights 2026 Festival from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. On August 20, Sarah's Jazz Club opens its 11th season with a performance by Ofer Ganor and three Cypriot musicians at 9:00 pm. On August 21, the Backdoor Blues Band will perform blues and blues-rock pieces there. Also on August 21, Dion Berardo and Alexis Kasinos will give a jazz concert. On August 26, the To Skali – Andreas Petrou Cultural Centre will host a concert entitled "A Magical City," offering a musical journey through Nicosia at night.
