LTB Tiyatro ve Kültür Merkezi is imzalar atıldı

At a presentation and signing ceremony held at the Lefkoşa Municipal Authority building in Yenişehir, contracts were signed for the LTB Theatre and Cultural Center project. The center is expected to cost 330 million TL to build and is scheduled for completion by 2028, in time for the 24th Cyprus Theatre Festival. It will feature a 465-seat auditorium, state-of-the-art stage technology, acoustic infrastructure, and a movable orchestra pit. In addition to stage performances, the center will host production, education, cultural, and artistic projects, including a theatre museum. It will also include public spaces such as a plaza, an open-air amphitheater, a café, and exhibition and meeting areas. A multi-story parking garage is also planned. The project is being fully funded by the Lefkoşa Municipal Authority and represents one of the largest investments the municipality has undertaken since 1958.
