Das Food Ekol Bistro & Street Festival: Girne Night Edition 2026 fand in Girne am Veranstaltungsort The House The Garden statt. Das Festival verband über 1500 Gäste aus Gastronomie und HORECA-Sektor mit zahlreichen internationalen und lokalen Marken. Es gab 28 Erlebnisstationen mit Produktverkostungen sowie interaktive Workshops zu Themen wie Kumpir, Pekinger Ente, Cocktail-Mixology und moderne Patisserie-Techniken. Die Veranstaltung bot auch eine Präsentation von Premium-Geschirr und -Servierbestecken speziell für HORECA-Profis. Das Festival wurde von Food Ekol organisiert, um neue Visionen für die Branche zu schaffen und lokale Produzenten zu unterstützen.
