Der Präsident der Türkischen Republik Nordzypern, Ersin Tatar, besuchte Kayseri, um am traditionellen Dadaloğlu Avşar Kultur- und Kunstfest teilzunehmen. Im Rahmen des Festivals wird Tatar eine Konferenz halten. Das Festival ist eine jährlich stattfindende Veranstaltung, die der Förderung von Kultur und Kunst dient.
