7. Aytotoro Tavası ve Yöresel Kıbrıs Lezzetleri Yarışması in Yeniboğaziçi

The Yeniboğaziçi Women's Association organized the 7th Aytotoro Tavası and Local Cypriot Delicacies Competition as part of the Yeniboğaziçi Pulya Festival, in collaboration with the Yeniboğaziçi Community. The competition aims to preserve traditional Cypriot culinary culture and pass it on to future generations. Entries were accepted in the categories of traditional casseroles and sweet syrup desserts. The event promotes the learning and preservation of local culinary traditions, especially among children and young people. The judging panel consisted of Chef Mustafa Şah, Ahmet Hocalar, and Mine Adalıer. The competition is held annually.
