62nd anniversary of the founding of the Northern Cyprus Police

The Northern Cyprus Police celebrated its 62nd anniversary. The event took place in Parliament with police representatives, including Deputy Director General Gökay Karagil and Lefkoşa Police Chief Tarkan Kızıltuğ. Speeches praised the disciplined and dedicated work of the police officers, which ensures the public's trust in the police. The 48 fallen police officers were also remembered. Furthermore, it was noted that political amendments aimed at improving police work were recently passed unanimously by Parliament and are about to be implemented.
