22. Kıbrıs Tiyatro Festivali, İstanbul Devlet Tiyatrosu'nun “Büyük Romulus” oyunuyla başladı
The 22nd Kıbrıs Theatre Festival opened with a performance of "Büyük Romulus" by the Istanbul State Theatre at the YDÜ AKKM. Directed by Barış Erdenk, the play tells the story of a ruler who, through his inaction during the final days of an empire, attempts to end the war. The one-man show was presented by a large ensemble. The performance was attended by prominent figures such as LTB Chairman Mehmet Harmancı. Further performances will take place the following day at the Gazimağusa KÜKOM and on June 5th at the Girne Amfitheater. Tickets are available online and at the Lefkoşa Theatre box office. Additional information can be found on the festival website and at the Lefkoşa State Theatre.
