12. Beyarmudu Patates Kültür, Sanat ve Spor Festivali
The 12th Beyarmudu Potato Culture, Arts and Sports Festival was launched with a festive opening ceremony attended by various ministers, mayors, and protocol officers. The mayor of Beyarmudu, Bülent Bebek, emphasized the festival's significance as a celebration of production, work, culture, and solidarity. Held in a region with exceptionally fertile soil for potato cultivation, the festival brings together people from diverse cultures. Highlights of the opening included performances by folk dance groups from six countries and an artistic presentation by the popular Cypriot music group Grup Otantik. The festival runs until August 2nd, offering a diverse program of cultural and sporting events.
