11. Leymosunlular Buluşması

Under the motto "Leymosun in our kitchens, unity in our communities," a gathering of Leymosun residents of different generations took place. The event began with speeches by the Mayor of Girne, Murat Şenkul, and the Chairman of the Leymosun Cultural Association, Yücem Rasımoğlu. There were performances by the Çatalköy-Esentepe Nostalgia Folk Dance Group and musical contributions from the Retro Çalgıcıları. Raffle and lottery drawings were also held. As part of a social initiative, a fundraising campaign was organized for the children's ward and dialysis unit of the Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital. At the end, the Mayor received a plaque of appreciation for his support of the event. The event was held at Antis Halk Plajı, a popular meeting place in Girne.
