- Anonymous ✓ verified 02.06.2026Many apartments at Park Residence offer beautiful sea views. We had an apartment in Block G, right at the top, and the view was simply fantastic. Our apartment was lovely, well-equipped, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and the decor was very tasteful. I've also had the opportunity to view several other apartments in the complex. Unfortunately, you can't expect the same quality from every apartment. This is because the apartments are individually furnished and don't have a uniform set of amenities. This is a common issue in almost every holiday complex. Therefore, when booking, you should always carefully examine the pictures of the specific apartment and not assume that all apartments are identical. The restaurants and cafés in the complex are very pleasant. The food is delicious and invites you to relax and enjoy your meal. Overall, the location of this complex is practically perfect. You can reach the beach in about five minutes and many other destinations on foot. Shops for everyday needs are located directly in the complex, and larger supermarkets are about a ten-minute walk away.
