Nordzypern.live is neither a party to the accommodation or rental agreement nor the owner of the properties. The provider is responsible for the terms and conditions presented here; Arrow United is solely responsible for their accuracy, completeness, and legal validity.<\/p>\n  <p>Our own terms and conditions can be found at\n  <a href=\"\/en\/nutzungsbedingungen\/\">Platform Terms of Use<\/a> and\n  <a href=\"\/en\/anbieter-agb\/\">Terms and conditions for advertising\/subscription packages<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<p><strong>Provider:<\/strong> Arrow United \u2013 Rental Service Northern Cyprus, Iskele, Northern Cyprus<br \/>\n<strong>Status:<\/strong> June 2026<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"unternehmensgegenstand\">\u00a7 1 Object of the company<\/h2>\n<p>Arrow United, based in Iskele, Northern Cyprus, offers services in the areas of rental management, guest services, booking coordination and property services for holiday accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>Arrow United is neither the owner of the properties offered nor the operator of the platform Nordzypern.live.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"leistungsumfang\">\u00a7 2 Scope of Services<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the agreement, Arrow United provides the following services in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Marketing of holiday accommodations<\/li>\n  <li>Processing booking requests<\/li>\n  <li>Guest communication<\/li>\n  <li>Reservation management<\/li>\n  <li>Check-in and check-out service<\/li>\n  <li>Coordination of cleaning and maintenance<\/li>\n  <li>Guest care during their stay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The specific scope of services is determined by the respective agreement with the owner.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"vertragsverhaeltnis\">\u00a7 3 Contractual Relationship<\/h2>\n<p>Arrow United acts exclusively as a service provider and intermediary.<\/p>\n<p>The accommodation or rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the respective owner or landlord of the accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>Arrow United will not be a party to the lease agreement.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"pflichten-gaeste\">\u00a7 4 Obligations of guests<\/h2>\n<p>Guests agree to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>to treat the accommodation with care,<\/li>\n  <li>to comply with the house rules,<\/li>\n  <li>not to exceed the agreed number of people,<\/li>\n  <li>Damage must be reported immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guests are liable for any damage they cause.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"pflichten-eigentuemer\">\u00a7 5 Obligations of the owners<\/h2>\n<p>Owners assure that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>they are authorized to rent,<\/li>\n  <li>the information provided is complete and correct,<\/li>\n  <li>the accommodation is handed over in a safe and habitable condition,<\/li>\n  <li>Legal requirements must be met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"haftung\">\u00a7 6 Liability<\/h2>\n<p>Arrow United is liable only for damages that arise directly from intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Arrow United.<\/p>\n<p>Arrow United is not liable in particular for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>the condition of the accommodation,<\/li>\n  <li>Equipment deficiencies,<\/li>\n  <li>Power, water, or internet outages,<\/li>\n  <li>Actions or omissions of the owner,<\/li>\n  <li>Force majeure,<\/li>\n  <li>official measures,<\/li>\n  <li>Natural events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The owner is solely responsible for the accommodation itself.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"stornierungen\">\u00a7 7 Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations will be handled according to the terms and conditions of the respective owner.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"datenschutz\">Section 8 Data Protection<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling bookings, guest services and contract processing.<\/p>\n<p>Data will only be shared with owners, service providers or authorities to the extent necessary.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"gerichtsstand\">\u00a7 9 Place of jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>All disputes shall be governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n<p>The place of jurisdiction is Iskele, Northern Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2 id=\"widerruf-storno\">Cancellation and withdrawal notice<\/h2>\n<p><strong>No right of withdrawal for time-bound accommodation bookings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Booking a holiday accommodation constitutes a binding reservation for a specific period.
