Scope, provider of the platform<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>These terms of use apply to the use of the platform.<br \/>\n<strong>northerncypern.live<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201ePlatform\u201d), operated by<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Philipp Herrmann \u2013 DigElite digital agency<\/strong>, Kreuzstra\u00dfe 16a,<br \/>\n49492 Westerkappeln, Germany (hereinafter referred to as \u201ewe\u201d, \u201eus\u201d, \u201eprovider\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Full supplier details: see <a href=\"\/en\/impressum\/\">imprint<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\" type=\"1\">\n<li><p>They apply to all persons who use the platform (hereinafter referred to as &quot;the following&quot;).<br \/>\n\u201e(\u201dUser\u201d). Any differing or supplementary terms and conditions of the user shall not apply.<br \/>\nPart of the contract, unless we expressly agree.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>For paid services (e.g., advertising\/subscription packages for landlords)<br \/>\napply <strong>additionally<\/strong> the separate <a href=\"\/en\/anbieter-agb\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"leistung-der-plattform-rolle-als-vermittler\">2. Platform performance; role as intermediary<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>The platform provides <strong>technical functions<\/strong> ready to provide information,<br \/>\nAccommodation, places, events, reviews and classified ads for<br \/>\nto publish, search, and establish contact between users.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p><strong>We are solely intermediaries or service providers.<\/strong> Contracts concerning<br \/>\nAccommodation (rental\/booking) is coming <strong>exclusively between the booking party<br \/>\nusers and the respective landlord<\/strong> come about. We will <strong>not<\/strong> party<br \/>\nthese contracts and assume <strong>no<\/strong> Responsibility for the accommodation,<br \/>\nfinancial processing, on-site service provision or other<br \/>\nObligations of the contracting parties. Details are regulated by the<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/en\/buchungsbedingungen\/\">Booking conditions<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., a booking being made).<br \/>\nand no uninterrupted availability of the platform. Maintenance, further development-<br \/>\nDevelopment and temporary restrictions remain reserved.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"registrierung-und-nutzerkonto\">3. Registration and user account<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Certain functions (e.g. ratings, classifieds, advertisements,<br \/>\nBooking requests, internal mailbox) use <strong>User account<\/strong> ahead.<br \/>\nRegistration includes a free user agreement regarding the<br \/>\nPlatform usage is established.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Registration is required <strong>truthful and complete<\/strong> Information on<br \/>\nto create and keep up to date. Liability<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>We are liable <strong>unlimited<\/strong> in cases of intent and gross negligence, in cases of<br \/>\nInjury to life, body or health, as well as under product liability law<br \/>\nlaw and to the extent of any assumed guarantee.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>At <strong>slightly negligent<\/strong> injury of <strong>essential<br \/>\ncontractual obligation<\/strong> (Cardinal obligation) is liability for the <strong>contractual<br \/>\ntypical, predictable damage<\/strong> limited. Furthermore, liability for<br \/>\nSlight negligence is excluded.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>For <strong>Content and behavior of other users<\/strong> as well as for the creation,<br \/>\nthe content and execution of contracts between users (in particular<br \/>\nWe handle rental\/booking agreements between tenant and landlord. <strong>no<br \/>\nLiability<\/strong>. Changes to the Terms of Use<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>We may change these terms and conditions with future effect, to the extent that this<br \/>\nto adapt to changed legal situations, case law or functions<br \/>\nnecessary and reasonable for the user.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>We will inform registered users about changes in <strong>Text form<\/strong> (e.g.<br \/>\n(Email) with reasonable notice of at least six weeks before it takes effect.<br \/>\nIf the user does not object within the deadline or uses the platform<br \/>\nIf the amended conditions continue to take effect, they will be deemed accepted;<br \/>\nWe will point this out separately in the notification. The right of termination remains.<br \/>\nuntouched.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"schlussbestimmungen\">14. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>The law of [the law] applies. <strong>Federal Republic of Germany<\/strong> excluding the<br \/>\nUN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
