Scope and definitions<\/h2>\n<p>1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of the online brokerage platform<br \/>\n<strong>northerncypern.live<\/strong> for the brokerage of holiday properties and the relationship<br \/>\nbetween the booking user (\u201etenant\u201d) and the offering landlord<br \/>\n(&quot;Landlord&quot;).<\/p>\n<p>1.2 Parties are the platform operator<br \/>\n(<strong>Philipp Herrmann \u2013 DigElite digital agency<\/strong>, Kreuzstra\u00dfe 16a, 49492<br \/>\nWesterkappeln, see <a href=\"\/en\/impressum\/\">imprint<\/a>), the landlord and the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 <strong>Rental agreements for holiday properties are exclusively between tenants<br \/>\nand landlord.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.4 Any differing terms and conditions require our express consent.<br \/>\nText form.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leistungen-der-plattform-rolle-als-vermittler\">2. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>6.1 <strong>We are not liable for advertisement content, user statements, or<br \/>\nThird-party services<\/strong> (especially not for the content and fulfillment of the<br \/>\n(Rental agreement between tenant and landlord).<\/p>\n<p>6.2 Otherwise, we are liable <strong>unlimited liability in cases of intent and gross negligence,<br \/>\nin case of injury to life, body and health<\/strong> as well as in case of injury<br \/>\nessential contractual obligations; in the case of slightly negligent breach of essential obligations<br \/>\nContractual obligations are limited to the typical, foreseeable costs associated with the contract.<br \/>\nDamage limited.<\/p>\n<p>6.3 As an intermediary\/hosting service, we are only responsible for third-party content from<br \/>\n<strong>knowledge<\/strong> responsible for a legal violation (Art. 6 DSA).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"datenschutz\">7.
