Scope and definitions<\/h2>\n<p>1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of the online brokerage platform<br \/>\n<strong>northerncypern.live<\/strong> for the brokerage of holiday properties and the relationship<br \/>\nbetween the booking user (\u201etenant\u201d) and the offering landlord<br \/>\n(&quot;Landlord&quot;).<\/p>\n<p>1.2 Parties are the platform operator<br \/>\n(<strong>Philipp Herrmann \u2013 DigElite digital agency<\/strong>, Kreuzstra\u00dfe 16a, 49492<br \/>\nWesterkappeln, see <a href=\"\/en\/impressum\/\">imprint<\/a>), the landlord and the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 <strong>Rental agreements for holiday properties are exclusively between tenants<br \/>\nand landlord.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.4 Any differing terms and conditions require our express consent.<br \/>\nText form.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leistungen-der-plattform-rolle-als-vermittler\">2.
