What this directive applies to<\/h2>\n<p>This policy applies to <strong>all content that users access on nordzypern.live<br \/>\nset<\/strong> \u2014 e.g. places, events, testimonials, photos,<br \/>\nRatings, comments, profile information and classified ads (hereinafter<br \/>\n\u201eContent\u201d). The goal is factual, respectful and legally sound.<br \/>\nPlatform.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"grundregeln-f\u00fcr-gute-beitr\u00e4ge\">2. Basic rules for good contributions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Truthful &amp; based on personal experience:<\/strong> Only state what is true;<br \/>\nReviews should be based on one&#039;s own, genuine assessment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objective &amp; respectful:<\/strong> Criticism, yes \u2014 insults, blanket condemnations<br \/>\nor personal attacks, no.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specific &amp; helpful:<\/strong> Descriptions and images should show the place\/offer<br \/>\nto actually depict.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Own rights:<\/strong> Only post text and images that you are comfortable with.<br \/>\npossess the necessary rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"was-nicht-erlaubt-ist\">3. What is not allowed<\/h2>\n<p>Specifically prohibited are contents that<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>unlawful<\/strong> are or infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark,<br \/>\nPersonality and data protection rights);<\/li>\n<li><strong>insulting, discriminatory, inflammatory, glorifying violence or<br \/>\nharmful to minors<\/strong> are;<\/li>\n<li><strong>false, misleading, fraudulent<\/strong> are, including <strong>fake or<br \/>\npurchased reviews<\/strong> and sham offers (\u00a7 5b, Annex to \u00a7 3 para. 3 UWG);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spam, unsolicited advertising, chain\/mass messages<\/strong> or links to<br \/>\nContains malware;<\/li>\n<li><strong>personal data of third parties<\/strong> disclose without a legal basis (e.g.<br \/>\nFull names, addresses, telephone numbers, vehicle registration numbers);<\/li>\n<li><strong>sexual, pornographic<\/strong> or otherwise offensive depictions<br \/>\ncontain;<\/li>\n<li>against <strong>political neutrality<\/strong> violate the platform (no<br \/>\npartisan, propagandistic or conflict-related agitation); the<br \/>\nThe platform is purely <strong>tourist-informative<\/strong> aligned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"bilder-pers\u00f6nlichkeits--und-urheberrechte\">4. Images, personality rights and copyrights<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Only upload images that you can relate to. <strong>Usage rights<\/strong> own<br \/>\n(own recordings or explicitly licensed).<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Are in pictures <strong>People identifiable<\/strong>, pay attention to their<br \/>\nPersonal rights. Publication regularly requires their<br \/>\n<strong>consent<\/strong> provided that no statutory exception applies (e.g.<br \/>\nPersons as incidental figures (\u00a7\u00a7 22, 23 KUG). When in doubt: do not publish.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Pay attention to <strong>Brands\/Logos<\/strong> Third parties and on foreign texts; take over<br \/>\nDo not use any copyrighted content without permission.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p><strong>Metadata:<\/strong> Uploaded images can contain metadata (e.g., EXIF\/geodata).<br \/>\ncontain. <!-- RECHT: Wert folgt --> <em>(The app confirms whether these will be removed during upload; note)<br \/>\n(Adjust if necessary.)<\/em><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"bewertungen\">5. Reviews<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Reviews may only be reviewed <strong>registered, logged in<\/strong> Users submit and<br \/>\nshould the <strong>personal, genuine<\/strong> Reflect assessment.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>The following are specifically prohibited: <strong>fake, bought, or for one&#039;s own benefit<br \/>\nmanipulated<\/strong> Reviews and reviews without any actual connection. Details:<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/en\/echtheit-von-bewertungen\/\">Authenticity of reviews<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"pr\u00fcfung-und-verantwortlichkeit\">6. Audit and Responsibility<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>For posted content <strong>only the user who posted<br \/>\nresponsible<\/strong>. We do not endorse this content.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>We review content before publishing it. <strong>editorially focused on obvious<br \/>\ninadmissibility<\/strong>; this does not entail a comprehensive verification of accuracy.<br \/>\nand it consists <strong>no obligation to publish<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"inhalte-melden-notice-and-action-dsa\">7. Report content (Notice-and-Action, DSA)<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Do you believe any content is unlawful or violates this policy?<br \/>\nViolating, you can contact him via our <strong>Reporting function\/contact point<\/strong> report<br \/>\n(see <a href=\"\/en\/impressum\/\">imprint<\/a>, DSA contact point). Please name the<br \/>\nContent and reason.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>We review reports and take action where necessary. Measures in case of violations<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>In case of violations, we can \u2013 proportionately and taking your interests into account \u2013 take appropriate action.<br \/>\nlegitimate interests \u2013 content <strong>edit, unpublish or<br \/>\nremove<\/strong>, limit the reach or the account <strong>warn, suspend<\/strong><br \/>\nor terminate the contract.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>We will inform the customer about any removal or closure and the reasons for it.<br \/>\naffected users, to the extent possible and legally permissible, and point out<br \/>\n<strong>Complaint options<\/strong> to (Art. 17 DSA) <!-- RECHT: Wert folgt -->.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"rechteeinr\u00e4umung\">9. Grant of rights<\/h2>\n<p>By setting this up, the user grants us the <strong>simple, focused on the operation of<br \/>\nPlatform-restricted, free rights<\/strong> one, the content within the framework of<br \/>\nPlatform to store, display, and technically edit (e.g.<br \/>\n(image scaling) and make it publicly accessible.
